Business Automations → Dynamic Pricing

Dynamic Pricing

Stay Competitive Without Watching Prices All Day.

Our dynamic pricing service monitors competitor pricing across the web and automatically adjusts your product prices based on rules you define. You set the logic, and the engine keeps your prices working for you around the clock.

The Pricing Problem

Staying price-competitive across hundreds of SKUs manually is either a full-time job or something that doesn't get done. Checking competitor prices, updating your store, and maintaining margin at the same time is a constant tension. Underprice and you leave money on the table. Overprice and you lose the sale to someone a click away.

What Dynamic Pricing Gives You

  • Competitor prices monitored continuously, across relevant channels
  • Your prices adjusted automatically based on rules you define and approve
  • Price floors and ceilings protect your margins at all times
  • Full visibility into what changed, why, and when
Rules-Based Pricing

You Define the Logic. We Run It.

The pricing engine is rules-based: you tell it how to behave, and it follows those instructions consistently. Rules can be as simple or as nuanced as your business requires.

Example Rule 1
Match the Lowest Competitor Price

The simplest competitive posture: your price equals the lowest available price found across monitored channels, updated automatically as competitors change their prices.

IF competitor_min < my_price THEN set price = competitor_min
Example Rule 2
Stay 5% Below the Lowest Available Price

A percentage-based undercut rule with a defined floor. You stay consistently cheaper than the competition without giving away margin past a point you control.

price = competitor_min × 0.95 floor: never below $X
Example Rule 3
Within $X of the Market Leader, Margin Protected

Stay close to the market leader's price, but never sacrifice your margin. A floor set at cost plus 15% ensures the engine never prices you into a loss.

price = leader_price − $X floor: cost + 15% margin

Rules can be applied globally, by category, or at the individual product level. You review the rule logic before anything goes live.

The Process

From Setup to Automatic Adjustments

1

Competitor Mapping

We identify the relevant competitors for your products and configure the monitoring scope: which channels, which SKUs.

2

Rules Configuration

We work with you to define your pricing rules. Floor prices, ceiling prices, percentage targets, and any exceptions are all documented and agreed before launch.

3

Testing & Review

We run the engine in review mode first. You see what prices would have changed and why, before any live adjustments are made.

4

Live & Reporting

Once you're satisfied, the engine runs live. You receive regular reports on what changed, the competitive context, and margin impact.
